Omni Family Medical Clinic, S.C. operates under the full scope of family medicine providing a full range of health services for infants, children, and adults at two convenient locations. Owned and operated by the same physician that opened it in 2001, Omni has grown from a patient list of 10 to over 5000 patients to date.

Our vision is to bring top notch primary and specialty physicians into one group, offering every outpatient service the community needs from a single source. Our clinics are centrally located in urban communities, to reach those patients that are in dire need of a primary care doctor in their area that will provide them with the best quality health care.

Omni provides diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of non-surgical illnesses and disorders, as well as urgent conditions and injuries, with a special emphasis on primary care and prevention. Each patient at Omni is unique, as no two patients have the exact same symptoms, and every patient is treated according to their unique needs.
